Recently, AOTUO successfully won the bid for the Longkou Port's annual production of 2 million/year intelligent one-stop green building material powder storage and transfer project. 本次中标的粉料仓储中转项目，位于中国百年老港、国家4A级物流企业----山东省龙口港，区域位置十分优越。根据投资方源恒合创的规划要求，本项目配置2台600吨/小时的环保型连续式螺旋卸船机、1台600吨/小时环保型装船机器人与6只总储量为60000吨粉料储库，年中转能力200万吨。系统智能化程度高，不仅要实现装船AI无人作业、散装发放AI智能导引+对准+装料+计量+收尘等生产线设备运行智能化，还打通产品销售、库位管理与财务收付款三个维度，实现“生产控制+产品销售+财务管理”的数字化管理。标的项目环保要求高，每个转运点均配备高效除尘器，物料输送全过程进行全封闭处理，旨在打造绿色环保粉料仓储中转的标杆，助力绿色港口建设。

The winning bidding of the powder storage and transfer project is located in Longkou Port, Shandong Province, a century old port in China and a national 4A level logistics enterprise, with a very advantageous regional location.According to the planning requirements of the investor Yuanheng Hechuang, this project is equipped with two sets of environmentally friendly continuous screw ship unloaders with a capacity of 600 tons/hour, one set of environmentally friendly loading robot with a capacity of 600 tons/hour, and six set of powder storage silos with a total storage capacity of 60000 tons, with an annual transfer capacity of two million tons.The system has a high degree of intelligence. It not only needs to achieve intelligent operation of production line equipment such as unmanned loading AI operation, Bulk distribution AI intelligent guidance+alignment+loading+measurement+dust collection, but also connects product sales, silo management, and financial payment and collection dimensions, achieving digital management of "production control+product sales+financial management".The winning bidding project has high environmental requirements, and each transfer point is equipped with an efficient dust collector. The entire material transportation process is fully enclosed, aiming to create a benchmark for green and environmentally friendly powder storage and transfer, and assist in the construction of green ports.
